Deep Autumn Celebs
Deep Autumn Makeup
Dark Autumn natural colouring allows for quite striking and bold makeup, preferably in warmer shades of red and oranges. Try a rust, mahogany or tomato red for a bold lip, or a more subdued nude shade such as camel or coffee. You can also wear salmon orange colours easily, but try to avoid cool pinks as they won’t look good with your skin. Anything with a yellow or golden undertone to it will look great on you, as do most warm metallics such as bronze or gold.
For your eyes, try a forest green or dark teal, or any metallic shade. Black eyeliner and mascara will look good on you, but for a more subtle effect you may want to try coffee or navy for a daytime look. Just make sure your makeup matches the natural intensity of your colouring. You will suit ivory and light gold for highlights much better than silver or white. Try applying a subtle dot of light gold eyeshadow in the middle of your upper lid to make your eyes look more open and brighter.
